Nancy Aichholz is a proven business leader, entrepreneur, and public servant with decades of experience building organizations, creating opportunities, and bringing people together to solve complex challenges.

Throughout her career, Nancy has led marketing strategy for a global, multibillion-dollar company and founded two successful businesses of her own. Her experience extends well beyond marketing and brand development, encompassing business strategy, operations, finance, logistics, and organizational growth. She has also helped strengthen an organization dedicated to supporting women-owned businesses, giving more entrepreneurs the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Nancy served two terms on the Indian Hill Exempted Village School District Board of Education, including service as president, vice president, and finance chair. She led the district’s strategic planning efforts and helped develop a historic, voter-approved $77 million bond and operating levy to support district operations and capital improvements. As board president during the COVID-19 pandemic and a period of significant social and political division, Nancy helped keep the district focused on safely educating students, supporting teachers and staff, and addressing student mental health. Under her leadership, Indian Hill students remained in the classroom 98 percent of the time.

Nancy has also held leadership roles on numerous boards and committees and has worked closely with business, government, educational, and community organizations throughout the region. Those who have worked alongside her know her as a collaborative, energetic, and results-driven leader who listens carefully, builds consensus, and remains focused on getting the job done.

Nancy is running for State Representative in Ohio’s 27th District to bring that record of steady, practical leadership to Columbus. She will work to keep our communities safe, strengthen our schools, support local businesses, and ensure families have the opportunity to build a better future. Nancy believes public service should be about bringing people together, making responsible decisions, and delivering meaningful results for the people you represent.
